Low Pressure Screw Air Compressor is a device specifically designed to provide low-pressure compressed air, which is widely used in industrial scenarios requiring medium-low pressure air. Compared with traditional high-pressure air compressors, low-pressure screw air compressors have higher energy efficiency ratio and lower energy consumption, which can significantly reduce operating costs.

The working principle of low pressure screw air compressor is similar to that of ordinary screw air compressor, mainly through a pair of meshing screw rotors to achieve air compression. The specific process is as follows:

• Suction stage: Air enters the compressor through the air intake and fills the space between the tooth slots of the screw rotor.
• Compression stage: With the rotation of the rotor, the air is enclosed in the groove, the space is gradually reduced, the air is compressed, and the pressure is gradually increased.Exhaust stage: When the compressed air reaches the required low pressure, it is discharged through the exhaust port and supplied to the gas equipment or gas storage tank.

Oil/air tank

The cover of the oil tank is designed with thyristor rotating shaft, which simplifies the replacement of the oil separator core.

Increase the size of the oil separator core, improve the separation effect, reduce the pressure drop during operation, and improve the system efficiency.

Dual oil separator core is suitable for large size models of 340HP and above, so that the oil separation effect is better.

The oil content is less than 3PPM during the operation period of 4000h.
