Working Principle
The working principle of the impact bonding press is mainly based on high energy impact and pressure, through the following steps to achieve metal bonding:
Prepare material
Surface treatment of the metal material to be combined to ensure that the surface is clean and smooth, and preheat treatment as required.
Positioning and fixing
The metal material is placed on the work table of the press and accurately positioned and secured to ensure that it does not move during the impact process.
Impact bonding
After the device is started, the high pressure and high temperature are applied to the metal material through the high-energy impact head, which promotes the diffusion and interlock between the metal atoms, thus forming a strong bonding layer.
Cooling and removal
After the combination is completed, it is cooled, and the combined composite material is taken out for subsequent inspection and treatment.
