Operating Principle
The working principle of the sludge dewatering spiral filter press is to use the rotation of the spiral shaft to transport the sludge from the feed port to the discharge port. In the conveying process, as the diameter of the spiral shaft gradually increases, the pitch gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge gradually increases, and the water is extruded and discharged through the filter screen. The dehydrated solid sludge is discharged from the discharge port and enters the next treatment process.
