1. Maintenance and replacement of air filter element
In general, the filter element needs to be replaced every 1500-2000 hours. If the air environment is dirty, the replacement interval needs to be shortened.
2. Maintenance and replacement of lubricating oil
For the most commonly used oil injection screw air compressor, the main functions of lubricating oil are lubrication, cooling, and sealing. The quality of oil has a decisive impact on the performance of oil injected screw air compressors. Good oil has good antioxidant stability, rapid separation, good foaming ability, high viscosity, and good anti-corrosion performance. Therefore, it is recommended to use original specialized screw oil.
3. Maintenance and replacement of oil filter
For the oil filter, the oil filter element should be replaced after the new machine has been running for 300-500 hours. It is recommended to replace the filter element after 2000 hours of use for the second time, and it is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500-2000 hours in the future.
4. Maintenance and replacement of oil and gas separator
Generally, when the pressure difference between the oil and gas separator before and after separation exceeds 0.12MPa, the filter element must be replaced, otherwise it will cause motor overload, damage to the oil and gas separator, and oil leakage. Overtime service not only does not save money, but also wastes expensive electricity bills due to increased current.
