Working Principle

 

The working principle of the impact bonding press is mainly based on high energy impact and pressure, through the following steps to achieve metal bonding:

  • Prepare material: Surface treatment of the metal material to be combined to ensure that the surface is clean and smooth, and preheat treatment as required.
  • Positioning and fixing: The metal material is placed on the work table of the press and accurately positioned and secured to ensure that it does not move during the impact process.
  • Impact bonding: After the device is started, the high pressure and high temperature are applied to the metal material through the high-energy impact head, which promotes the diffusion and interlock between the metal atoms, thus forming a strong bonding layer.
  • Cooling and removal: After the combination is completed, it is cooled, and the combined composite material is taken out for subsequent inspection and treatment.
