Impact Bonding Press

The Impact Bonding Press is an industrial device specifically designed for the manufacture of metal composites that tightly binds different types of metals together through high-energy impact and pressure. The equipment is widely used in the production of composite materials and composite POTS and pans, and has the advantages of high efficiency, stability and accuracy.

The working principle of the impact bonding press is mainly based on high energy impact and pressure, through the following steps to achieve metal bonding:

• Prepare material: Surface treatment of the metal material to be combined to ensure that the surface is clean and smooth, and preheat treatment as required.
• Positioning and fixing: The metal material is placed on the work table of the press and accurately positioned and secured to ensure that it does not move during the impact process.
• Impact bonding: After the device is started, the high pressure and high temperature are applied to the metal material through the high-energy impact head, which promotes the diffusion and interlock between the metal atoms, thus forming a strong bonding layer.
• Cooling and removal: After the combination is completed, it is cooled, and the combined composite material is taken out for subsequent inspection and treatment.

• Composite manufacturing: It is used to produce high-performance metal composite materials, such as aluminum-steel composite plates, stainless steel-copper composite materials, etc., which are widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing and construction engineering.
• Kitchenware manufacturing: Impact bonding presses are widely used to produce the bottom of composite POTS and pans, which improve the heat conductivity and service life of POTS and pans by combining different metal materials such as stainless steel and aluminum.
• Electronic components: It is used to manufacture electronic component substrates with high thermal conductivity and high strength to meet the high requirements for material properties of electronic products.

The maintenance of the impact bonding press mainly includes regularly checking the working status of the impact head and pressure system, cleaning the surface and working area of the equipment, and ensuring the normal operation of the control system and sensors. Regular maintenance can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also ensure the combination effect and production efficiency.
