Induction Brazing Machine is a device that uses electromagnetic induction heating technology to braze metals. Brazing is a process in which two or more metal parts are joined together by melting the filler metal (brazing metal), which has a melting point lower than that of the base material. The Working Principle of Induction Brazing Machine

  • Brazing formation: The molten filler metal is filled between the metal contact surfaces under the action of capillary to form a strong connection.
  • Cooling curing: The induction power is turned off, the metal parts and brazing metal are cooled and cured to complete the brazing process.
